| ROTORTECH SERVICES, INC. located at Palm Beach International Airport, was established in 2003 for the purpose of light turbine helicopter repair and maintenance with the following objectives: |

To supply a higher level of quality maintenance on a 24/7 basis to better serve turbine helicopter owners. |

| To provide hangar space for 15 turbine helicopters which will include an office for personal pilot’s storage and work area. |

Our NEW 50,000 sq.ft. facility will include an avionics repair and installation facility. |

| All helicopter owners hangared in our facility will receive a labor and fuel discount. A large conference room is provided for customers and principals usage; can accommodate up to 40 people. Pre-buy services are available upon request. |
